Flexible Coaching Plans and Fees

I work with clients on a monthly retainer basis.

Chose a coaching plan that fits your frequency needs as well as the level of financial investment you’re prepared to make. If you need more support and regular contact, consider three or four coaching sessions per month. This plan would suit you if you were looking to jumpstart a project or want to hit the ground running. If you desire more process time in between sessions, or want to take it at a slower pace, the laser plan might be right for you.

Clients often ask me how long the coaching relationship lasts. That depends on you and what your goals are. I typically work with clients anywhere between three months and three-plus years. Some people need short term coaching while others benefit from making their coach an ongoing part of their support team.

Keep in mind that change takes time, it doesn’t happen over night. It probably took years for you to develop the habits and beliefs that keep you from moving forward. Plan on working together for enough time to integrate your new learning. In my experience, you will get the most enduring results if you commit to a minimum of three months and then evaluate from there.

Brief, In-between session telephone support calls if needed.
Unlimited email coaching.

Standard Plan - $350/month

Plan includes:

Three, 45-minute telephone or in-person coaching sessions per month.

Unlimited email coaching.

Laser Plan - $300/month

Plan includes:

Two, 45-minute telephone or in-person coaching sessions per month.
Brief, In-between session telephone support calls if needed.
Unlimited email coaching.
