Complete Life Balance is a Life Design Process that will help you reclaim your life for good

This is more than simply a "time management program." Not that time management isn't important, but it's only one of many skills and strategies involved in living a complete life.

How To Design a Complete and Balanced Life

Designing your life is not much different than designing a room in your home. There are basically four steps in the design process, and Complete Life Balance will help you master all four.

Step 1 - Assess and embrace where you are.

Before you can get where you want to go, you need to determine and accept where you are. Take a step outside your life for a moment, and look at it in it's entirety. Step outside the trees, and you'll see whole forest. Only then will you know where you want to go and how to get there.

What are all the areas of your life you're trying to balance?
How out of balance are those areas?
What's working well in your life?
What's not working at all?

As your personal guide in this journey, I'll provide some assessment tools to help you answer these questions. Tools such as:

The Wheel of Life Assessment - this assessment is a simple but powerful way for you to see each of the different areas of your life in relation to each other and how balanced or unbalanced they are.

The Quality of life Assessment - this is a wonderful assessment to help you see the current quality of your life. It will also spark your imagination to begin thinking about what a complete and balanced life is for you.

Step 2 - Reconnect with yourself and what you really want.

Now that you have a big-picture view of the current state of your life, it's time to decide how you want your life to look. This is a provocative and enlightening stage of the process that will help you discover:

What does a complete and balanced life look like for you?
Who are you and what do you really want?
What's most important to you?
What are you most passionate about?
Where and how do you want to spend your time and energy?
What needs and desires are not being met for you?

Through this fun and creative process you create a vision of your complete life and a roadmap to realizing it.

Step 3 - Perfect the present.

With the transformation of your life begun in the previous two steps, this is the step where you gain momentum. This is where the rubber meets the road, so to speak.

Now that your vision is clear and the roadmap finished, it's time to begin taking steps on the journey. During this step, you learn new perspectives and begin practicing new skills and strategies, such as:

Why selfishness is good and how to use it effectively.
How to get your needs met once and for all.
The 10 most common energy drainers and how to eliminate them.
How to work less and make more.
Why boundaries matter and how to make them work for you.
How to say "yes" to yourself more often and "no" to others.
Eliminating toxic relationships once and for all.
Four quadrant living for a complete and balanced life.
Tolerance - the good, the bad and the totally unproductive.
and much more.

Many people get stopped here, because it's a very action-oriented step of the design process. They get stopped for two reasons:

They don't know what actions to take.
They don't have anyone to support them and hold them accountable to follow though.

But you won't get stopped, because, as your personal coach, I'll help you decide what action steps you need to take. Further, I'll support you and help you be accountable to follow through.

Step 4 - Put your future on auto-pilot.

With the bulk of the work completed in steps 1 through 3, this final step ensures you won't revert to old habits. Here, you design support structures and systems to help maintain a complete and balanced life. Further, you'll continue to learn skills that help you:

Stay organized.
Get on-track for long-term financial freedom.
Create networks and environments that nurture and support you.
Turn your car, home, and office into a sanctuary.
Better manage your time.
Eliminate clutter once and for all.
Discover what you must do each day, week and month to maintain your success.
